To foster hunger for new expressions of membership within the congregation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #008000; font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Ground Rules:<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Keep Christ in the focus. Conduct meetings in a timely and focused fashion. Form subcommittees and task forces as needed. Oversee the goals and the implementation of goals of the subcommittees.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #008000; font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Meetings:<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">The team will meet regularly and as a minimum quarterly. It will meet twice a month until the subcommittee structure is in place. Subcommittees will meet as necessary to accomplish their responsibilities. Have annual meetings amongst all five ministry teams.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #008000; font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Budget:<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">The Witness and Fellowship Ministry Team will be responsible for monetary expenses as related to the witness and fellowship activities of the congregation in accordance with the budget of the current fiscal year. The team will have the latitude to reappropriate funds within its budget categories. The necessity to expend funds related to the witness and fellowship activities beyond the current budget will be referred to the Congregation Council for its authorization.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #008000; font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Boundaries:<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">The Congregation Council has transferred primary responsibility for witness, evangelism, and fellowship to the Witness and Fellowship Team. The subcommittees of this team will report to the team, and the team liaison will report to the Council any pertinent information. If a subcommittee\u2019s activities fall into multiple ministry team areas of interest, the Ministry Team that it is assigned to as a subcommittee will take precedence of final responsibility with Council intervention if needed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #008000; font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Measure of Success:<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">The team will regularly receive comments on goals and objectives from its subcommittees and task forces. Soliciting direct comments from new members of the congregation will be of great value.
